Anxiety and Panic Attacks can take over daily life when unease develops into heart palpitations, breathlessness, dizziness and a fear of losing control. Holistic Therapy Alkmaar offers complementary support for people living in North Holland or near Alkmaar. As an acupuncturist and hypnotherapist, I consider breathing, stress, emotions, the nervous system and psychosomatic tension, with clear safety boundaries and referral to a GP or Dutch mental healthcare services when necessary.
